FAQs
Is it a price for one curtain or a pair?
Our curtains are priced per panel. When you select the quantity of 1, there will be 1 panel in your order.
Should I take consideration of fullness when placing the order?
The width you selected is same as the final product width. When it comes to pleated curtains, the panel width refers to the width with pre-set pleats, and typically requires 1.8X-2.2X fabric usage to create pleats and folds. Furthermore, the panel width is measured from the left pleat end to the right pleat end rather than from the left curtain side hem to the right curtain side hem.
How to measure the pleated curtains?
To achieve the ideal size for pleated curtains, we advise setting the width at 1x the length of the curtain rod/track while measuring from the ring that hold the curtain hooks.
Should I take consideration of term stacking width when the drapery is opened?
Typically, the stacking width makes up 20% of the ordered width. We advise taking it into account when determining the appropriate rod length to ensure the window opening is fully visible when the drapery is opened.
Should I consider purchasing pin hooks to achieve a pleated style?
Together with your parcel will include enough hooks and rings to hang up on the curtain rod. For roller metal hooks, curtain rod and track, please shop seperately.
What is memory training?
Memory training is a crucial technique that helps your curtains keep their shape and pleats looking neat. By giving the fabric a "memory", your curtains will maintain their elegant appearance whether they’re open or closed, adding sophistication to any room.
For which size is double width required for sewing?
When using pleated header styles like pinch pleat, inverted pleated box, ensure that the maximum finished curtain width without seam is 56 inches for curtain lengths above 108 inches. For lengths below 108 inches, there is no requirement for a seam, irrespective of the finished width. However, if the finished width exceeds this limit, it will be necessary to use double-width curtains with a vertical seam.
Does memory training work with all header styles?
We do not recommend adding memory training to header styles such as inverted box pleat, rod pocket, grommet, 4-in-1, back tab, and back top. These styles are specifically designed to hold their shape through their construction and attachment method, making memory training unnecessary.
How to install pinch pleated curtains?
In order to make all pinch pleats look equal, please take care to twist all the curtain rings to the same angle when hanging. If the curtains not look good after hanging, consider whether the rings have been twisted 180 degrees.
Neutral Aesthetic
Neutral Realm: The Healing Aesthetics of Returning Space to Its Essence
When the hustle and bustle fades away, neutral aesthetics endows the space with a calm strength through a low-saturation base of white, beige, gray, and camel. It draws on the textures of solid wood, cotton-linen, and stone to restore the authentic touch of materials and rejects ostentation.
Its essence lies in "balance": free from intense color clashes, it keeps the space transparent yet not monotonous through subtle combinations of light and dark shades; without cumbersome decorations, it integrates functionality and aesthetics with simple lines. The soft morning light and warm evening lamp glow can both diffuse a quiet atmosphere here.
It is versatile and inclusive, adapting to minimalist or natural styles, and can be applied from studio apartments to families with three members. A small touch of soft furnishings is enough to highlight taste. It does not chase trends but remains timeless; with classic color schemes and textured materials, it creates a healing space that stands the test of time, bringing life back to its original simplicity.
