Orders may be cancelled for a full refund before the orders are shipped. Once orders are shipped, you will be advised with carrier

name and tracking number.

Orders will not be accepted to be cancelled once orders are shipped.

Orders cancelled within 24 hours of payment confirmation are eligible for a full refund.

Orders cancelled after production begins can be cancelled, but we can only offer you a 50% refund of your order.

Your order is not accepted to be cancelled once it was sent out.
