Orders may be cancelled for a full refund before the orders are shipped. Once orders are shipped, you will be advised with carrier

name and tracking number.

Orders will not be accepted to be cancelled once orders are shipped.

For all made-to-order items

Modify or cancel your order within 12 hours of payment confirmation are eligible for a full refund for all made-to-order products(curtains, shades).

Shipped orders are non-cancellable.
