Limited Warranty

What is covered INOUTZCURTAIN provides confidence guarantee for the material quality and production technology of its customized curtains, sunshades and shutters. We promise that under normal use conditions, the products will meet the established quality standards. The warranty period and scope vary slightly among different product types, and the specific details shall be subject to the marks on the product details page.

Within the warranty period, if the product is officially confirmed to have manufacturing defects , INOUTZCURTAIN will, based on the nature of the defect, independently decide to provide you with free repair services or replace the defective parts/products to ensure the normal operation of the product.

What is not covered

Product damage or issues caused by the following circumstances are not covered by this limited warranty, and INOUTZCURTAIN shall not be liable for warranty claims:

Natural fading and reduced color saturation of fabrics due to long-term sun exposure; normal wear and pilling of fabrics during daily use; damage caused by environmental factors (such as water stains, humidity, insect erosion) or pet scratches and bites; natural aging of mechanical components such as lifting systems with the increase of service time.

This limited warranty does not cover any damages caused by the owner modifying, attempting to fix, or otherwise altering the products.

This warranty does not cover the "obsolescence" of the product caused by changes in design styles and fashion trends during future use; it is only responsible for the quality and craftsmanship of the product itself.

This warranty service is only applicable to the original purchaser of the product and is not transferable to subsequent users. If the product is transferred through second-hand transactions or other means, the new user will not be able to enjoy this warranty service.
