Inside Mount
Window frame depth requirement:
2 1/2 inches for Roman shades/Roller Shades/Cellular Shades
2 3/4 inches for Bamboo shades
3 inches for Zebra Shades/Venetian Blinds
Outside Mount
Shades are installed over the window on brackets attached to the wall or window frame. We recommend adding a minimum of 2-4 inches to your width and 10-12 inches for height measurements to allow for light gap coverage.
