Care Instructions
Please avoid touching the lifting mechanism on the back, as it may damage the shades and affect their function. Do not cut the cords or adjust the headrail mechanism.
For cordless shades, just use both hands to gently lift or lower them. Pulling the fabric with excessive force can damage its structure and cause changes in length.
The fabric is removable and can be hand-washed in warm water. Before washing, make sure to remove all support rods. Please secure each cord properly. If a cord slips out of the metal ring, the shade will no longer function.
Please understand that tolerance size within +/- 1 inch is treated as industry acceptable.
